Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to new users.

Cancellation

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unauthorized commercial endeavors.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts) to access the Services.

7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services do not currently allow user submissions.

8. SMART REPLY REVIEW SYSTEM

8.1 Scheduled Posting with Manual Review

Our service includes AI-generated Google review reply suggestions that operate under a human-in-the-loop review model designed to comply with Google's API requirements:

  • All AI-generated replies are placed in a review queue with a configurable waiting period (minimum 1 hour)
  • Users are expected to log in and manually review, edit, or reject suggested replies during this period
  • Replies are only posted after the waiting period if the user has taken no action, which is treated as implicit approval
  • Full editing and control are always available for every reply

8.2 User Responsibilities

By enabling Smart Reply Review Mode, you confirm that you will:

  • Review each AI-generated reply before it is published
  • Edit or reject replies that do not align with your standards or tone
  • Regularly monitor your review queue to ensure compliance
  • Accept full responsibility for all replies published through your account

8.3 Google API Compliance

We adhere to Google's policies through the following safeguards:

  • Mandatory review window (minimum 1 hour) before replies can be posted
  • Full ability to edit, approve, or reject every reply
  • Audit trails of review and posting activity
  • No fully autonomous or instant posting of replies without a review opportunity

8.4 Prohibited Usage

You may NOT use Smart Reply Review Mode to:

  • Create or submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent responses
  • Bypass or disable the mandatory review window
  • Harass or impersonate customers
  • Violate any Google Business Profile API policy or applicable law

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

If you submit feedback, you agree that we may use it without compensation.

10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Legal Terms.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court.
